Hanoi has publicly disclosed 17 developers violating land laws due to delays in utilizing allocated land, while also removing violation records for 7 compliant cases.

Additionally, the Department has removed public notices of land law violations for seven cases, including land in Việt Hưng Ward held by the consortium of Đông Giang JSC, Sơn Dương Trading LLC, and Đức Giang General Trading LLC; land in Phúc Thịnh Commune owned by the Hanoi Textbook Printing JSC; land in Thường Tín Commune belonging to Bach Khoa College of Technology; land at 19 Hàng Khoai, Hoàn Kiếm District, associated with the Bắc Qua Commercial Service Supermarket project; land in the new Việt Hưng Urban Area, Việt Hưng Ward, linked to Vinakim Investment JSC and Tiến Thành Trading and Services JSC; and land in Sóc Sơn Commune owned by Vân Sơn Investment JSC.
