On October 2, the People’s Committee of Quang Tri Province, in collaboration with Sun Group, launched three urban-tourism-resort projects with a total investment of over 38 trillion VND.

The three projects include: Nhat Le Coastal Mixed-Use Urban Area, Dong Hoi Central Mixed-Use Urban Area, and Le Ky West River Mixed-Use Urban Area. This event marks the celebration of the 1st Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Covering a total area of nearly 780 hectares, these are the largest urban development projects ever undertaken in Quang Tri. Strategically located near the sea, along the river, and in the city center, the projects directly connect to the “tourism triangle” of Phong Nha – Ke Bang, Vung Chua – Yen Island, and Nhat Le – Bao Ninh. Visitors can easily access Dong Hoi Airport, the railway station, National Highway 1, and Ho Chi Minh Road.
