Vingroup Secures 85+ Hectares in Tuyen Quang for My Lam Golf Complex Near 540-Hectare Urban Development

Recently, the provincial leadership of Tuyen Quang held a meeting with the Department of Finance to discuss the implementation progress following the merger and key tasks for the final months of 2025, as reported by Tuyen Quang Newspaper.

Regarding the progress of key projects in the area as of September 20, the Department of Finance reported that several projects, such as the New Urban Area along the Lo River and An Tuong Riverside Urban Area, have essentially completed land clearance and are currently under infrastructure construction. However, issues remain regarding land prices and financial obligations.

The infrastructure project for Xuan Van Industrial Cluster and the Tuyen Quang Biomass Power Plant by Erex Group has been approved for investment, and the investor is currently finalizing legal procedures and documentation.

Additionally, the province is implementing the GO! Supermarket project, My Lam resettlement areas, Tan Ha Urban Area, and the My Lam Resort Urban Area spanning over 540 hectares.

For the My Lam Sports Complex and Golf Course project by Vingroup, the investor has been allocated over 85 hectares of land and is in the process of adjusting the detailed planning.

The My Lam Sports Complex and Golf Course project is located in My Lam Ward, Tuyen Quang Province. The project investor is Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.

The project site is less than 1 km from National Highway 37 and is near the My Lam Urban Area – Tuyen Quang, covering over 540 hectares, invested by a subsidiary of Vinhomes.

The My Lam Sports Complex and Golf Course covers a total area of nearly 110 hectares, featuring multiple functional zones including an 18-hole golf course, commercial services, resort hotels, green spaces combined with sports and entertainment areas, and technical infrastructure. The project also includes residential areas with villas, townhouses, and apartments.

The total investment for the project exceeds 1.3 trillion VND. The investor plans to complete land compensation, clearance, and allocation procedures from Q1 to Q3/2025, with construction and operation commencing from Q1/2027.

Upon completion, the project will become an international standard golf course, catering to the recreational and entertainment needs of the community.

Regarding the My Lam Resort Urban Area project, Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Vinhomes, is the investor with a total investment of over 17.1 trillion VND. The project is expected to commence operations in July 2029, with a 50-year operational period.
