Experts believe this goal is entirely feasible, as Quang Ninh holds the “golden key” of Bai Chay, an ideal destination for travelers worldwide, where the development of a vibrant night economy is becoming increasingly clear. With existing infrastructure and a diverse range of entertainment, festivals, and shopping options, Bai Chay is well-positioned to become the leading night economy hub in the North and, in the future, the entire country. This is also a golden opportunity for service, commercial, and hospitality real estate in the area to take flight.

However, the real estate landscape in Bai Chay is considered relatively quiet compared to the international tourism development orientation. According to experts, the sharp decline in high-rise apartment supply from 2021 to 2024 has created a significant shortage, especially in the mid-to-high-end segment, despite strong demand from affluent customers and forward-thinking investors.
