Silent Real Estate Giant Invests in $240 Million Luxury Resort Complex in Sa Pa

According to Lao Cai Newspaper, on October 1, 2023, Alphanam Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for a luxury hotel and apartment complex in Sa Pa ward, with a total investment of 5.5 trillion VND. This project marks the success of the 1st Congress of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The luxury hotel and apartment complex is part of the Muong Hoa International Resort, with a total investment of 5.5 trillion VND and is expected to be completed by 2027.

The Courtyard by Marriott Sa Pa hotel project will feature 316 hotel rooms, 192 apartments, and 9 bungalows. Additionally, the Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Sapa project will offer 354 luxury apartments and 18 townhouses.

Previously, in July, Alphanam Group commenced two projects with a combined investment of 4.3 trillion VND: the Sofitel Sapa Hotel & Residences and the Holiday Inn Resort Sapa.

Founded in 1995 by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hai as an electromechanical contractor, Alphanam Group now operates across multiple sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, services, hotel management, and tourism. The company is developing numerous urban, resort, and apartment projects across Vietnam.

Alphanam identifies real estate investment, hotel management, and services as its core focus, with over 50 projects and more than 5,000 hectares of land deployed nationwide.

Notably, the group’s consortium won the pre-qualification bid for the Muong Hoa Urban Area project in Sa Pa, Lao Cai, in 2018; proposed a 4-star hotel in Lai Chau in 2019; launched Altara Residences Quy Nhon in 2019; and surveyed an eco-tourism area in Kon Tum in 2020.

In December 2024, the consortium of Dong A Golden Square JSC and Foodinco Quy Nhon JSC (under Alphanam) began construction on the Golden Square Lao Cai social housing project, with a total investment of 2.085 trillion VND, comprising 4 buildings ranging from 18 to 23 floors.

Alphanam’s efficient and technologically advanced production ensures its ALPEC and FUJIALPHA elevators meet domestic demand and are exported to the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
