The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) Hoc Mon branch has announced the auction of collateral assets, including land use rights, home ownership, and other attached assets at 90B National Highway 22, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The land parcel spans over 3,871 m², classified as land for production and business facilities. The land use term is 50 years, starting from August 11, 2010, leaving approximately 35 years remaining.
The starting bid for the asset is 148.59 billion VND, a reduction of nearly 52 billion VND compared to June’s figure of 200.5 billion VND.
BIDV clarifies that the starting price excludes costs related to the transfer of ownership/use rights, registration fees, and other potential expenses, which will be borne by the auction winner.
According to the announcement, the asset is auctioned in its current condition, including its physical state, legal status, and potential risks, under the principle of “as-is.” Participants are responsible for independently verifying the asset’s condition, legal documents, and accepting all associated risks.

Similarly, VietinBank Tay Ninh is collaborating with Mien Dong Auction Joint Venture to auction the debt of three customers: Hong Lien Tay Ninh Co., Ltd., Nguyen Thu Thao, and Huynh Huu Nghia, to recover outstanding debts. The collateral includes seven properties in Tay Ninh, valued at nearly 34 billion VND.
Vietcombank Ha Tinh branch is also liquidating two land plots in Cai Dan Ward, Song Cong City, Thai Nguyen Province, with a selling price of nearly 10 billion VND.
Agribank Branch 9 is auctioning a land use rights certificate, home ownership, and other attached assets under certificate number BC619757, registered as CH02010 by the Cu Chi District People’s Committee on December 17, 2010. The land, located in Tan Thanh Dong Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City (now Phu Hoa Dong Commune), covers over 2,552 m² and is designated for perennial crops. The land use term extends until July 1, 2070, with a starting bid of nearly 8.5 billion VND.
