BIDV Hóc Môn Announces Auction of Land and Property in Ho Chi Minh City

The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hoc Mon Branch (BIDV Hoc Mon) has announced an auction for a land plot and its attached assets located at 90B National Highway 22, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the announcement, the land plot spans over 3,871 square meters and is zoned for production and business purposes with a 50-year usage term starting from August 11, 2010. The starting bid for this auction is set at 148.6 billion VND, nearly 52 billion VND lower than the price offered in the previous auction held in late June 2025. Participants are required to deposit 5% of the starting bid, amounting to over 7.4 billion VND.

BIDV clarifies that the starting bid does not include costs associated with the transfer of ownership/usage rights, registration fees, or any other expenses (if applicable) incurred during the asset acquisition process. These costs will be borne by the winning bidder.

BIDV Hoc Mon emphasizes that the property is sold in its current condition on an “as-is” basis. This means buyers must independently assess and accept all issues related to the property’s condition, legal status, and associated risks.
