DNEX Digital Asset Exchange Joint Stock Company, established on September 9, 2025, is headquartered at MISA Building, Da Nang. Initially, its charter capital was only 2 billion VND, but DNEX aims to raise up to 10,000 billion VND from strategic investors in phases. The company has three founding shareholders: Fundgo (30%), Trustpay (30%), and Digital Asset Management Technology (40%), with Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong serving as the legal representative and CEO.
DNEX’s mission is to build a transparent, secure, and efficient digital asset trading infrastructure, serving innovative enterprises through models like crowdfunding and tokenized equity. The company also aims to contribute to Da Nang’s development as an international financial hub. Currently, DNEX is in the process of applying for a regulatory sandbox license to operate legally in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang – Chairman of DNEX’s Board of Directors
Mr. Thang is a well-known figure in Vietnam’s fintech industry with over 30 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, specializing in Computerized Economic Information Processing from the National Economics University.
He currently holds multiple positions, including Chairman of the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance (DAVN), Chairman of the Digital Asset Management Center (TSS), Founding Chairman of Hong Co Group, Chairman of the VINASA Fintech Club, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Informatics Association, Chief Advisor of HVA Group’s Advisory Board, and Chief Advisor of the FUNDGO Innovation Investment Fund.
Mr. Luong Hoang Hung – Vice Chairman of DNEX
Mr. Hung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, and Business Administration, with over 30 years of experience in media, management, and community engagement.
He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Intellectual Property and Innovation Magazine and oversees specialized media channels such as GolfViet.vn, Btoday.vn, and iPlay.net.vn.

Mr. Eric Vuong – Vice Chairman of DNEX
Mr. Eric Vuong is a prominent figure in Vietnam’s fintech and blockchain sectors, with extensive experience in managing and implementing financial technology, online payment, and digital asset ecosystem projects.
He currently serves as Chairman of HVA Investment Corporation, Co-Founder and CEO of the FUNDGO Innovation Investment Fund, and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance (DAVN).
Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of VNDC.IO, the organization behind the VNDC stablecoin.
Mr. Truong Gia Bao – Vice Chairman of DNEX
Mr. Bao holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Charles Sturt University (Australia) and has extensive experience in technology and fintech.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Digital Transformation Alliance (DTS), Chairman of the Sustainable Blockchain Alliance (BAS), Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance (DAVN), Vice Chairman of the Digital Asset Management Center (TSS), Vice Chairman of the FUNDGO Innovation Investment Fund, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Financial Consulting Association, and Secretary-General of the High-Level Advisory Council of the Vietnam E-Commerce Association (VECOM).

Mr. Tran Quang Chien – Board Member
Mr. Chien graduated with a degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and has been involved in several notable projects:
2017–2019: Founded and developed CyStack, a cybersecurity company specializing in system security. He currently serves as an Advisor and Board Member.
From 2020: Founded ONUS, a digital asset investment platform with over 5 million global users. In 2025, ONUS was acquired by Vemanti Group (USA).
From 2022: Co-founded ONUSChain, a Layer 1 blockchain supporting the startup and digital finance ecosystem for Vietnamese users.
He currently serves as CEO of ONUS Labs and Board Member of HVA Group.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong – Board Member
Mr. Cong has over 14 years of experience in managing and executing projects in postal services, finance, and technology.
From 2006 to 2020, he held key positions at the Central Post Office of Ninh Kieu District and Can Tho City Post Office, contributing to the development of postal and telecommunications infrastructure in the Mekong Delta region.
Since 2020, he has been managing TRUSTpay and serving as a strategic advisor for investment projects. In 2021, he was appointed CEO of TRUSTpay.
He also serves as an operational advisor for blockchain startups such as Citipass Corporation and Delta Labs Technology Corporation.
Mr. Le Hoa Nha – Board Member
Mr. Nha is the CEO of HVA Investment Corporation, a leading investment group in financial technology, digital assets, and innovation in Vietnam.
He holds a degree in Financial Management from UBIS University (USA) and an MBA from College de Paris – Ascencia (France). He also serves as Vice Chairman of the FUNDGO Innovation Investment Fund.
Before entering the investment sector, Mr. Nha worked as a diplomat.
