Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has unveiled the exclusive GLS 450 4MATIC Facelift “Edition 30” to commemorate 30 years of operation in the country. Limited to just 30 units, this special edition is priced at VND 5.999 billion, a premium of approximately VND 310 million over the standard GLS 450, currently retailing at VND 5.689 billion.
The price difference is attributed to the addition of premium features, focusing on enhancing comfort and personalization. The GLS 450 “Edition 30” comes equipped with the Premium-Plus package, including multi-functional front seats with massage, the PRE-SAFE Impulse Side collision warning system, and the AIR BALANCE system for air purification and cabin fragrance. The ENERGIZING Package further integrates lighting, sound, and massage functions to ensure a relaxing journey.

The second-row seating area has been upgraded with wireless charging, the MBUX Rear Tablet, and premium headrests. The MBUX Rear Seat Entertainment system features two 11.6-inch high-resolution screens and wireless headphones, offering rear passengers a personalized entertainment experience.
In terms of design, the “Edition 30” boasts the Night Package and 21-inch AMG dual 5-spoke wheels with contrasting accents, setting it apart from the standard model. Additionally, the Off-road Engineering Package enhances its versatility across various terrains, maintaining the GLS 450’s signature luxury SUV capabilities.

The GLS 450 “Edition 30” retains the I6 3.0L (M256M) engine with the ISG2 intelligent starter-generator system, delivering 381 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. This configuration ensures a balance between performance and fuel efficiency.
According to Mercedes-Benz Vietnam, this limited edition marks the brand’s 30-year journey in Vietnam, from the first locally assembled E 230 in 1996 to the current diverse product lineup. The GLS 450 “Edition 30” symbolizes gratitude and underscores Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to long-term investment in the Vietnamese market.
