On October 2nd, Mr. Lưu Quốc Duy, owner of Duy Lottery Agency (located in Trà Vinh Ward, Vĩnh Long Province), announced that his agency in Ho Chi Minh City redeemed 11 jackpot-winning lottery tickets for a single customer.

“The winning jackpot number, 079896, was issued by the Dong Nai Lottery and Integrated Services One-Member LLC on October 1st. The winner, a silversmith residing near my agency in Ho Chi Minh City, is a regular customer who purchases several dozen tickets daily, typically settling the payment at the end of the week.”
In addition to the jackpot, the customer also won a special subsidiary prize of 50 million VND with 8 tickets. In total, the winner received over 20 billion VND in cash after tax deductions.
Mr. Duy further revealed that another customer also won 3 jackpot tickets with the same number, 079896, and redeemed them at his agency.
