A Guarantee of Quality IR and Transparency
PAN and NAF are among the companies honored at this year’s IR Awards. Specifically, PAN received the title of Mid Cap with the highest-rated IR activities by financial institutions in 2025. Meanwhile, NAF, a Small Cap company, was recognized in both the Most Favorite by Investors and Highest-Rated by Financial Institutions categories for 2025.
In a conversation with us, Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Minh, IR representative of PAN, expressed that receiving recognition from financial institutions is a prestigious acknowledgment for listed companies. He believes this achievement is the result of significant efforts, from the IR department to the corporation’s strategic direction, which has led to positive outcomes in recent years.
“Being honored at the IR Awards 2025 demonstrates that the company possesses strong capabilities and operates effectively,” said Mr. Ngọc Minh.

Echoing similar sentiments, Mr. Đỗ Quốc Thái, Financial Controller of NAF, shared his joy and pride in Nafoods being recognized. He views this acknowledgment from financial institutions and reputable organizations as a “certificate,” affirming that NAF has maintained high-quality, transparent, timely, and proactive IR activities over the past year.
“Recognition from financial institutions elevates the company’s standing. This shows that NAF has provided highly transparent information and clear financial indicators and business results, which led to this honor,” Mr. Thái remarked.

Motivation to Sustain and Innovate
Earning recognition at the IR Awards is no small feat. The honored companies had to surpass 691 listed enterprises on HOSE and HNX, gain approval from financial institutions, and overcome the ultimate challenge of earning trust from a vast community of individual investors in the market.
According to PAN’s representative, the motivation for a proactive, transparent, and professional IR strategy stems from two sources. First, the corporation’s core strategy, where PAN’s leadership views IR as key to accessing market capital and driving both short-term and long-term growth.
“Secondly, our internal culture. We strive for excellence in everything we do, and this ethos aligns with our overall strategy to create a powerful driving force for IR development,” Mr. Ngọc Minh explained.
Mr. Minh added that being honored at the IR Awards 2025 can be seen as a seal of approval, helping investors perceive the transparency and professionalism of the company’s IR efforts and gain a clearer understanding of its operations. He stated that the corporation will continue to strengthen its successful areas while exploring new ways to enhance IR activities, particularly by leveraging emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI).
“We are exploring how our company’s image is presented on search engines and AI chatbots. Our goal is to optimize how these tools gather and display information to ensure accurate, transparent, and relevant data reaches investors and researchers,” Mr. Ngọc Minh added.
Similarly, Mr. Thái affirmed that NAF will continue to excel in its current efforts. Long-term plans include adopting new tools for further development, with a focus on sustainability metrics.
