On the same day, the Board of Directors of VID approved the resignation of Mr. Khoa and elected Mr. Trần Hoàng Nghĩa as the new Chairman of the Board, effective from October 2, 2025.

Mr. Khoa assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of VID on April 28, 2022. Currently, he and his wife, Mrs. Thái Ngọc Trân, collectively own over 1.1 million shares of VID, representing a 2.75% stake in the company.
In addition to his position at VID, Mr. Khoa also serves as the Vice Chairman and CEO of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology JSC (HOSE: SVT).
Prior to becoming Chairman, Mr. Nghĩa was a non-executive member of the Board of VID, appointed on April 23, 2021. He previously held the position of CEO from January 2014 to August 2016. Mr. Nghĩa and his wife jointly own nearly 1.2 million shares, equivalent to a 2.9% ownership stake.
