DNSE Securities Corporation (Stock Code: DSE, HoSE) has announced a public bond offering under the Certificate of Registration No. 340/GCN-UBCK, issued by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on October 2, 2025.
The company will issue 10 million bonds, coded DSE125018, with a face value of VND 100 million per bond, aiming to raise VND 1,000 billion. These non-convertible, unsecured bonds carry no warrants and establish a direct debt obligation for the issuer.
The bonds have a 24-month term, with the first interest period fixed at 8.3% per annum. Subsequent periods will feature a floating interest rate, paid semi-annually.
Investors can subscribe to a minimum of 10 bonds, equivalent to VND 1 billion. The subscription and payment period runs from October 6 to 27, 2025.
The proceeds from this issuance will be allocated to margin trading and advance payment activities.

In other developments, DNSE completed the allocation of 2.7 million ESOP shares to 211 employees on September 23.
The capital for this allocation stems from the share premium of VND 572.72 billion, as per the audited financial report dated December 31, 2024. These ESOP shares are subject to transfer restrictions ranging from 12 to 60 months, with a 20% annual release.
Following this issuance, DSE’s total voting shares increased to 342.6 million, equivalent to a charter capital of VND 3,426 billion.
In 2025, DNSE plans to issue 12.6 million ESOP shares in two tranches. Previously, on June 12, the company allocated 9.9 million ESOP shares to 176 employees, with similar transfer restrictions and a 20% annual release schedule.
After completing the ESOP issuances, the company will proceed with a rights offering to existing shareholders and, if applicable, a dividend payment in shares.
DNSE intends to issue 85.65 million shares to existing shareholders, representing 25% of the pre-issuance share count, at a 4:1 ratio.
The expected minimum offering price is VND 12,500 per share, targeting proceeds of VND 1,070.6 billion. The Board of Directors is authorized to determine the final offering price. The rights offering will follow the ESOP issuance.
Upon completion of these issuances, DNSE’s charter capital will rise to VND 4,282 billion.
