Honoring “Enterprises Reaching New Heights” in Innovation, Integration, and Breakthroughs

In 2025, as Vietnam accelerates institutional reforms and aims for a growth rate exceeding 8%, enterprises have become the central driving force, leading the way in innovation, green transformation, digital transformation, and international integration. Under the theme “Enterprises Reaching New Heights,” the Vietnam Strong Brand Program 2025 not only honors businesses with outstanding achievements in production and operations but also focuses on innovation capabilities, social contributions, and the potential to reach international standards.

Surpassing numerous stringent evaluation criteria, Sunshine Group’s recognition in the Top 10 Pioneering Innovative Brands 2025 not only reaffirms the Group’s reputation within the business ecosystem but also acknowledges its pioneering role in creating new growth models and supporting Vietnam’s international integration goals.

This marks the third time Sunshine Group has been honored at the Strong Brand Program, following the Top 10 Strong Brands in Real Estate and Construction (2021) and the Top Sustainable Development Strong Brands (2024).

Comprehensive Restructuring for Breakthrough Growth; Pioneering the Development of “Real Value for End-Users” Products, Contributing to Government-Led Housing Price Reduction

Since 2024, Sunshine Group has initiated a comprehensive restructuring process of unprecedented scale and speed, including large-scale economic consolidation, aggressive M&A activities, and the integration of numerous companies and developers. This has led to the expansion of its billion-dollar project portfolio and elevated the Group to the second position in market capitalization within Vietnam’s real estate sector.

Currently, Sunshine Group is developing over 30 large-scale projects across the North and South, with an estimated handover revenue of over 300 trillion VND during 2025–2027 (excluding new or legally unresolved projects). Sunshine’s real estate brands are recognized as symbols of “real value for end-users,” offering prime locations, sustainable high-quality materials, refined design aesthetics, advanced smart living ecosystems, and comprehensive 5-star amenities, ensuring the highest quality of life for residents.

Decisive restructuring steps are gradually positioning Sunshine Group as one of the leading private economic groups in Vietnam and the region.

Notably, Sunshine Group is among the few private groups pioneering the supply of tens of thousands of high-quality, reasonably priced apartments in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, aligning with the government’s strategic goals for housing development for young people, enhancing social welfare, and creating sustainable urban environments.

Key projects in this strategy include Sunshine Legend City in Nghia Tru, Hung Yen, with nearly 8,000 apartments; Alluvia Sunshine Grand City in Van Giang, Hung Yen, with over 10,000 units priced from 40.5 million VND/m²; and Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring nearly 7,000 seaside apartments priced at only 6x million VND/m². Launched in 2025, these projects share a common goal: delivering 5-star standards at prices 20–25% lower than the surrounding area, making homeownership more accessible for young people and end-users.

Construction began on August 19th at Sunshine Legend City, a 55-hectare eco-urban project inspired by the heritage of Pho Hien, featuring nearly 8,000 luxury apartments delivered to 5-star standards at prices 20–25% below market rates.

Also commencing on August 19th, Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau spans over 20 hectares on Chi Linh Beach, Ho Chi Minh City, developed as the first 5-star Integrated Resort for young people, featuring fully furnished luxury interiors from global brands at just 6x million VND/m².

Sunshine Group is set to launch Alluvia Sunshine Grand City, a 55-hectare eco-urban project with the only hot mineral spring along the Red River, offering over 10,000 luxury apartments at affordable prices for young people.

Alongside its real estate development strategy, Sunshine Group is building a technology ecosystem guided by the “Make in Vietnam” principle, introducing advanced digital solutions. These include NobleGo, Vietnam’s first AI-powered livestream bidding platform for real estate, also the first to be broadcast simultaneously on digital platforms and national television.

With a robust technological foundation, Sunshine Group is entering a phase of comprehensive acceleration, aligning with national goals for a Digital Government, Digital Economy, and Digital Society.

Concurrently, charitable initiatives in education, healthcare, and social welfare continue uninterrupted. Most recently, following 25 NobleGo livestreams, Sunshine Group allocated 12.5 billion VND for charitable causes, fulfilling its commitment to contribute 500 million VND per session in support of Vietnam Television’s community activities.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Group has contributed nearly 20 trillion VND to the state budget. With the implementation of projects totaling tens of billions of USD, Sunshine Group aims to generate an ecosystem-wide revenue of 50–60 trillion VND annually, ranking among the top contributors to GDP. This will create tens of thousands of jobs, driving economic growth while ensuring social stability, and supporting Vietnam’s sustainable development and international integration goals.
