On October 4th, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: PDR, HoSE) issued an official press release addressing tax obligations.
According to Phat Dat, since September 24th, 2025, the company has rectified and fully settled its tax liabilities as per previous enforcement decisions by the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department. This was confirmed by the tax authority in Official Letter No. 10807/QĐ-HCM-KĐT dated September 26th, 2025. These documents have been publicly disclosed on the company’s official website.
Thus, Phat Dat fulfilled its tax obligations nearly a week before the September 30th, 2025 deadline—the date when the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department announced (Notice No. 9029/TB-TP.HCM) potential travel restrictions on the company’s legal representative, CEO Bui Quang Anh Vu, if tax payments were not completed within 30 days.
The company deemed this notice “entirely inappropriate,” severely impacting the lawful rights and interests of Phat Dat, Mr. Vu, and related parties.
Phat Dat further stated that Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu continues his regular duties and is preparing to attend scheduled international conferences and meetings.
Previously, on September 22nd, 2025, the company received Decision No. 256/QĐ-TCS2 dated September 16th, 2025, from Gia Lai Province’s Tax Office 2 regarding enforcement of tax administration decisions.

Also on September 24th, the company received Decision No. 10494/QĐ-HCM-KĐT from the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department regarding enforcement of tax administration decisions. On the same day, Phat Dat rectified and paid the full amount to the state budget.
However, on September 30th, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department issued Notice No. 9020/TB-TPHCM regarding Phat Dat’s tax obligations. According to this notice, based on taxpayer data tracked in the Tax Management System, as of September 19th, Phat Dat owed approximately VND 9.3 billion in taxes, penalties, and late payment fees. If Phat Dat failed to settle these obligations within 30 days of the notice, the tax authority would impose travel restrictions on the company’s legal representative, Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu.
