Companies Announcing Cash Dividends for the Week of October 6-10, 2025

SLS (Son La Sugar Joint Stock Company) stands out as the most prominent name next week, announcing a cash dividend payout ratio of 150%. This plan was approved during the 2025 Annual General Meeting on the morning of September 23, marking an increase from the previously announced 100%. The ex-dividend date is October 7, with shareholders expected to receive the dividend on October 28. With nearly 9.8 million outstanding shares, the estimated payout reaches approximately VND 147 billion.

Increasing dividend payouts is not new for SLS. In the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the dividend rose from the planned 100% to a record 200%; in 2022-2023, it increased from 100% to 150%. Since its listing in 2012, SLS has consistently paid dividends, maintaining a ratio above 50% in cash, with a minimum of 100% from 2022 onwards. The group of shareholders associated with Mr. Dang Viet Anh, Chairman of the Board, currently holds 52.27% of the capital and stands to benefit the most.

SLS’s dividend payout significantly surpasses those of the two following companies, MGG and NTH, both of which announced a 15% dividend ratio (VND 1,500 per share). With nearly 9 million outstanding shares, MGG is expected to pay out approximately VND 13.5 billion; NTH, with 10.8 million outstanding shares, is estimated to pay VND 16.2 billion. The ex-dividend dates are October 9 and October 6, respectively, with payouts scheduled for October 21 and October 23.

Next week, only three companies will announce stock dividends: ASM (10%), NAF (10%), and SHA (5%). The ex-dividend dates are October 7 for ASM and October 9 for SHA and NAF. ASM will issue an additional 37 million shares, while NAF will issue nearly 5.6 million, and SHA will issue over 1.67 million shares.
