The Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee has directed the Lam Dong Land Fund Development Center to launch a land clearance competition for the Tan Phu – Bao Loc Expressway. This initiative aims to ensure timely land handover to the winning contractor.
According to the Project Management Unit No. 1, the bidding documents for the project have been reviewed and finalized. The proposed groundbreaking site for the Tan Phu – Bao Loc Expressway is at the intersection with Provincial Road 721 (from Km74+250 to Km74+400).
This location is in Da Huoai Commune, approximately 6.9 km from National Highway 20 (via the intersection of National Highway 20 and Provincial Road 721).
Preparations are being expedited to ensure the project breaks ground on December 19.
The Tan Phu – Bao Loc Expressway spans 65.88 km with a total investment of VND 18,002 billion. Implemented under a public-private partnership (PPP), 54 km of the route passes through Lam Dong Province. The project is overseen by the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee. Connecting to the Dau Giay – Tan Phu Expressway (Dong Nai) and terminating at Nguyen Van Cu Street (Ward 1, Bao Loc), it is expected to alleviate traffic on National Highway 20, particularly through the Bao Loc Pass.
