On the afternoon of October 6th, during the quarterly press conference of the Ministry of Public Security, Colonel Nguyễn Đức Long, Deputy Director of Hanoi Police, addressed rumors surrounding the Antex cryptocurrency linked to Mr. Nguyễn Hòa Bình, also known as Shark Bình.
Colonel Long stated that upon receiving reports, the Hanoi Police Investigation Agency directed specialized units to investigate and verify the claims. After a thorough review, the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department received a complaint from Mr. K. in Ninh Bình, who reported a loss of approximately $2,000 USD.
“The Hanoi Police assure that all complaints will be received and addressed in accordance with the law, with no exceptions or restricted areas,” Colonel Long emphasized.
