According to the public announcement of tax debtors for August 2025 by the Tax Department 14 of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly the Tax Department of Binh Thanh District), a total of 1,165 taxpayers were listed with a combined debt of up to 1,114.46 billion VND.
Notably, three companies within the ecosystem of entrepreneur Do Van Buu Dien, also known as “Color Man,” remain on this list with a total debt of nearly 75 billion VND.

Specifically, Dien Quan Group Joint Stock Company recorded a debt of nearly
29.4
billion VND. Two other related entities, Dien Quan Network Digital Entertainment Joint Stock Company and Dien Quan Network Digital Entertainment Joint Stock Company (HTKD), have debts of
24.5
billion VND and
20.97
billion VND, respectively. All three enterprises share the same registered address at 33 Van Kiep, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Leading the tax debt list is Dat Lanh Real Estate Company Limited with a debt of over 95.3 billion VND. Following are companies such as Saigon Technology and Engineering Joint Stock Company (54.2 billion VND), Tan Vu Minh Construction – Investment and Real Estate Business Company Limited (over 40.3 billion VND), and Hung Dao Container Joint Stock Company (over 38 billion VND).
These companies were publicly listed due to overdue tax payments and other state budget revenues exceeding 90 days, as stipulated in Article 100, Clause 1(a) of the Law on Tax Administration and Article 29, Clause 1(g) of Decree No. 126/2020/NĐ-CP issued by the Government.
Established in 2006, Dien Quan Group Joint Stock Company was once a leading entertainment content producer in the South, known for shows like “Thach thuc danh hai” (Comedy Challenge) and “Giong ai giong ai” (Who’s the Imposter?). The company’s growth is closely tied to its founder, Do Van Buu Dien, a former editor at Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV).
However, since 2023, companies within this group have consistently appeared on tax debt lists and ceased production of major programs. It is known that Mr. Dien represents several other businesses, some of which have ceased operations. Most recently, in late May 2025, he established two new companies: Sai Gon Mineral Water Company Limited and Little Giants Entertainment Company Limited.

Notably, several prominent names feature on this list, highlighting the significance of tax compliance among all entities and individuals.
