Recently, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) issued Decision No. 1218/QĐ/SGDHN regarding the restriction of trading for Hòa Bình Securities’ stock, HBS.

The restriction is due to Hòa Bình Securities’ delay in submitting its audited semi-annual financial report for 2025, exceeding the 45-day limit from the specified deadline.

As a result, HBS shares will only be traded on Fridays starting from October 8, 2025.

Additionally, within 15 days of this decision taking effect, Hòa Bình Securities must submit to HNX and disclose information along with measures and a roadmap to address the restricted trading status.

In other developments, Hòa Bình Securities recently experienced a change in leadership with the resignation of Mr. Lê Đình Dương as Chairman of the Board of Directors. On August 25, 2025, the Board of Directors meeting unanimously decided to relieve Mr. Lê Đình Dương of his position as Chairman, in accordance with his personal wishes.

Subsequently, Ms. Trần Mỹ Linh was elected as the new Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term, effective from August 25, 2025.
