The planning adjustment covers an area of over 1,700 hectares, all within Xuan Loc Commune. The Chua Chan Mountain Eco-Tourism and Resort Project group has a total investment of approximately 18 trillion VND.

Chua Chan Mountain (Gia Lao), standing at 837 meters, is the second-highest peak in Southern Vietnam, surpassed only by Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh. It was recognized as a national scenic landmark by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in 2012.
