Specifically, the supermarket staff position involves sales, cashiering, restocking, preliminary processing, and parking management. Candidates must be between 18–40 years old and hold a high school diploma. The maximum income for this role is approximately 9 million VND per month.

The management trainee position requires at least a college degree, basic computer skills, and communication abilities. Upon becoming a full manager, earnings can reach up to 12 million VND per month.

Additionally, the warehouse picker role at the central warehouse is open to applicants aged 18–45, with no prior experience required. Employees can choose between rotating shifts or night shifts, earning based on productivity, with a maximum of around 10 million VND per month.

This update is considered the latest move in Bach Hoa Xanh’s “Northern Expansion”, following years of focus on the Southern and Central regions.

At the Q2/2025 Investor Meeting, MWG CEO Vu Dang Linh stated, “2026 will mark a significant milestone as Bach Hoa Xanh officially expands to the North.”

According to Linh, the chain has completed restructuring, model validation, and cost optimization in the Central region, laying the groundwork for nationwide expansion: “Bach Hoa Xanh has established operational foundations, optimized costs, and validated its model in the Central region. The investment cost for new stores has significantly decreased, providing a platform for national scaling.”

Linh also revealed plans to open 1,000 new stores annually starting in 2026. For 2025, MWG aims to launch 400 new Bach Hoa Xanh stores. By September, the chain had already exceeded this target with 414 new stores, over 50% located in the Central region. By year-end, Bach Hoa Xanh expects to open approximately 200 more stores, bringing the total for 2025 to 620 new stores.

Regarding the 2028 IPO plan, Vu Dang Linh noted that Bach Hoa Xanh will focus on revenue growth, reducing cumulative losses, and maintaining a stable 4–5% profit margin.

MWG Chairman Nguyen Duc Tai added that the chain’s long-term goal is to achieve $10 billion in revenue.

Bach Hoa Xanh will develop flexible models, including stores selling only dry goods, fresh produce, or mini stores in apartment ground floors. Current average revenue is approximately 2.5–3 billion VND per store per month. To reach $10 billion, the chain may expand to tens of thousands of stores,” Tai shared.

Beyond traditional retail, Bach Hoa Xanh is expanding its online segment, which currently accounts for about 5% of total revenue. “We aim to increase online revenue from 5% to 10% in the near future. The seamless integration of online and offline channels will be a key competitive advantage for BHX,” Tai stated.

As of July 2025, the chain operates 2,204 stores nationwide.
