Around 8 PM on October 7th, police gathered dozens of sealed and packaged boxes from the building at 18 Tam Trinh (Hanoi), moving them to waiting trucks in the main lobby.
The relocation process involved both plainclothes officers and was closely monitored by the police.
This building houses the headquarters of Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh (also known as Shark Binh), reportedly located on the third floor.
Earlier, around 10 PM on October 6th, police unexpectedly arrived at the building. By 3 AM on October 7th, after more than four hours of work, they began leaving in vehicles with both blue and white license plates.
On the afternoon of October 7th, several police officers returned to the building to continue their work. By evening, they transported the sealed boxes to another location.

Recently, social media has been flooded with reports regarding the AntEx digital currency project, allegedly part of the NextTech Group ecosystem founded by entrepreneur Nguyen Hoa Binh.
Specifically, several investors claim they lost money or were unable to withdraw their funds after investing in the platform.

During a press conference held by the Ministry of Public Security on the afternoon of October 6th, Colonel Nguyen Duc Long, Deputy Director of Hanoi Police, provided updates on the receipt and handling of complaints against Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh and the AntEx digital currency project.
According to Colonel Nguyen Duc Long, immediately after the reports surfaced, the Investigation Police Agency of Hanoi Police directed relevant units to verify, gather evidence, and clarify any potential violations.
Initial reviews by the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Hanoi Police) revealed a complaint from a citizen in Ninh Binh, alleging the loss of approximately $2,000 after investing in the AntEx project.
“Hanoi Police affirm that all complaints will be received, processed, and resolved in accordance with the law, with no exceptions or restrictions during the handling process,” Colonel Nguyen Duc Long emphasized at the press conference.

Amidst recent controversies, Shark Bình was summoned for clarification, while a notable police presence was observed at the headquarters of the entrepreneur’s company.
