Celebrating Icons of the “National Enterprise Spirit” in 40 Years of Renovation

The Top 40 Private Enterprises Selection Program is organized to honor and celebrate outstanding businesses – embodiments of the spirit of “thinking big, acting boldly, and contributing relentlessly” in the 40-year journey of national renovation and development.

Under the leadership of a prestigious council comprising National Assembly delegates, members of the Prime Minister’s Policy Advisory Board, industry experts, and media leaders, the selection process is rigorous and independent, employing a comprehensive evaluation system for competitiveness, innovation, business efficiency, and contributions to sustainable national development.

Being recognized in the Top 40 further solidifies Sunshine Group’s reputation and stature in its journey of sustainable development, continuously innovating to accompany Vietnam in the era of integration.

According to Dr. Nguyá»…n Văn Khôi, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, the Top 40 honored enterprises are the finest symbols of the spirit of “National Enterprise – Vietnam’s Prosperity Aspiration.” “They not only contribute to GDP, state budgets, and employment but also create spiritual value and faith in the nation’s inner strength. Each brand, project, and step is a brick building the ‘house of prosperity’ for our nation,” Dr. Nguyá»…n Văn Khôi emphasized.

Breakthrough Growth Through Large-Scale Restructuring – Steadfastly Pursuing “Real Value” for End-Users

Through comprehensive restructuring and large-scale M&A deals, Sunshine Group is making a strong transformation, affirming its position as one of Vietnam’s leading multi-industry conglomerates in real estate, technology, construction, education, finance, media, and trade services.

The Group is currently developing over 30 large-scale projects with a total investment of tens of billions of USD, ranking among the top 2 real estate companies by market capitalization in Vietnam. Building on this foundation, Sunshine Group aims for an ecosystem revenue of tens of trillions of VND annually; specifically, from 2025–2027, real estate handover revenue is expected to exceed 300 trillion VND (excluding new or legally unresolved projects), showcasing superior financial capacity and business efficiency post-restructuring.

Sunshine Group’s real estate products always aim for “real value for end-users,” featuring prime locations, sustainable premium materials, refined design aesthetics, advanced smart living ecosystems, and integrated 5-star amenities.

Amid rising real estate prices, Sunshine Group is pioneering the development of over 20,000 reasonably priced luxury apartments through strategic projects like Sunshine Legend City (nearly 8,000 units – Hưng Yên), Alluvia Sunshine Grand City (nearly 8,000 units – Hưng Yên), and Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau (nearly 7,000 units – Ho Chi Minh City). Delivered to 5-star standards with integrated amenities, these projects are priced 20–25% below market rates, expected to “cool down” housing prices and expand homeownership opportunities for young people and end-users – aligning with Sunshine Group’s philosophy of developing products based on real value and real needs.

Sunshine Legend City (Hưng Yên) spans nearly 50 hectares, featuring nearly 8,000 luxury apartments delivered to 5-star standards, alongside amenities inspired by the heritage of Phố Hiến.

Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau (Ho Chi Minh City) covers 20 hectares, developed as the first 5-star Integrated Resort for young people, offering fully furnished units from global luxury brands at just 6x million VND/m².

Alluvia Sunshine Grand City (Hưng Yên) spans 55 hectares, offering nearly 8,000 luxury apartments with integrated amenities, catering to young residents’ housing needs.

Alongside its real estate strategy, Sunshine Group is a pioneer in technology, applying AI and comprehensive digitization to management, operations, and business. A standout example is Noble App – Vietnam’s first AI-powered livestream bidding platform for real estate, also the first to broadcast simultaneously on digital platforms and national television, offering transparent and open transaction methods.

With NobleGo, Sunshine Group delivers a fully transparent, convenient, and open real estate transaction experience.

Beyond economic strides, Sunshine Group is committed to long-term charitable initiatives in education, healthcare, and social welfare, integral to its sustainable development strategy. For instance, after 25 NobleGo livestreams, the Group allocated 12.5 billion VND to support Vietnam Television’s charitable activities, fulfilling its pledge of 500 million VND per transaction.

Earlier, the Group contributed nearly 20 trillion VND to the state budget in early 2025, aiming to rank among the top private conglomerates contributing to GDP, thereby fostering economic growth alongside social stability and aligning with Vietnam’s sustainable development and global aspirations.
