Approved by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee in 2009, TNAC is founded by three shareholders: Tin Nghia General Corporation (51%), Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) (10%), and A Chau Investment Joint Stock Company (39%).

Spanning 48 hectares in Tan Van Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai, Centria Island is the only isolated “island” project in the area, surrounded by the Dong Nai River and natural streams. The total investment is estimated at VND 7.2 trillion, featuring 571 townhouses and single/semi-detached villas.

TTC Land has identified Centria Island as a key project. With complete legal approvals, the project is expected to generate revenue between 2026 – 2027. Partial sales are planned for 2025, with official sales launching in September 2026.

In the first six months, TTC Land achieved VND 519 billion in net revenue (up 260%) and VND 50.69 billion in pre-tax profit, meeting its 2025 targets. This success stems from the handover of the TTC Plaza Danang commercial podium and strong growth in construction, industrial real estate, and logistics.
