Each month, the company allocates approximately 450 billion VND for salary payments, with an average worker’s income exceeding 10 million VND/month. Beyond ensuring wages, bonuses, and policy benefits, the company has implemented numerous practical care initiatives for employees. These include operating 10 canteens providing meals for workers; organizing 327 shuttle buses to transport workers from neighboring provinces to the factory; and offering 20 free vocational training courses outside working hours (covering English, Chinese, yoga, dance, gym, traditional singing, bartending, fashion sewing, refrigeration, makeup, nail care, and motorcycle repair, with approximately 600 participants).

Furthermore, the company has allocated an area of over 16,000 m² for Trade Union activities, equipped with facilities such as offices, a hall, football field, 2 basketball courts, 1 volleyball court, 2 badminton courts, 2 pickleball courts, a canteen, and a mini supermarket for workers.

The company’s Trade Union representative noted that effective care initiatives, regular dialogue to address policies and resolve worker concerns, and harmonious labor relations have contributed to a stable work environment. However, despite a robust order volume until year-end, the company faces challenges in recruiting workers.

It also requests guidance on organizing Trade Union congresses/conferences in the new context and support for workers to access social housing policies for stable living and career development.

Building on Achievements

Mr. Bùi Thanh Nhân congratulated and praised the company and its Trade Union for their achievements over nearly 30 years. He attributed these successes to the company’s support, the efforts of the grassroots Trade Union officials, and the solidarity of union members and workers with the company and Trade Union organization.
