On the morning of October 9, 2025, at the Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Forum 2025 – AI360, organized by VINASA under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology, representatives from FPT shared their vision and concrete actions in the mission of “Public-Private Partnership for Nation-Building” – collectively building a digitally empowered Vietnam through artificial intelligence.

The event brought together over 300 delegates, including leaders from various ministries, experts, and top technology enterprises, to discuss, share, and collaborate on making AI a new growth driver for Vietnam’s digital economy.

At the session titled “Building Smart Enterprises and Societies with AI – AI360,” Ms. Nguyễn Đỗ Quyên – Deputy General Director of FPT Retail and CEO of Long Châu Pharmacy and Vaccination Center System – discussed the strategy of applying AI to personalize healthcare journeys for Vietnamese people. She emphasized Long Châu’s pioneering role in connecting technology with community healthcare in a humane, practical, and sustainable manner.

Deputy General Director of FPT Retail, Nguyễn Đỗ Quyên, representing Long Châu Pharmacy and Vaccination Center System, shared insights on personalizing Vietnamese healthcare journeys using AI.

Healthcare is a unique field, as each individual has a distinct journey: different medical histories, treatment needs, and access capabilities. According to Long Châu’s representative, only through personalized healthcare can people receive truly comprehensive and effective care.

With over 2,400 pharmacies, 200 vaccination centers, and millions of monthly interactions, Long Châu avoids a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, it builds a data foundation and AI system that understands each individual, addressing prevention, treatment, and long-term care.

“For Long Châu, AI serves as a bridge, enabling pharmacists to provide timelier advice, helping individuals better recognize health risks, and ensuring millions of customers adhere to treatment plans more effectively.

Crucially, we place people at the center. AI does not replace pharmacists – it collaborates with them. Each customer interaction becomes not only faster and more accurate but also warmer and more trustworthy,” stated Ms. Nguyễn Đỗ Quyên.

For Long Châu’s pharmacy and vaccination system, AI is not the end goal but a bridge for the entire ecosystem to unite toward a common objective: Smarter, more humane healthcare for Vietnamese people.

This journey is long, and the system is committed to responsibly investing in technology. Long Châu views AI not as the destination but as a bridge for the entire ecosystem to unite toward one goal: Smarter, more humane healthcare for Vietnamese people.
