According to data from Dien May Xanh, Toshiba sold over 20,700 products in just one month, generating revenue exceeding 139 billion VND. This impressive performance helped the brand capture a 31% market share within the retailer’s system.
The primary driver of this surge was Toshiba’s exclusive product line at Dien May Xanh, which saw a remarkable 137% growth compared to the previous month. This lineup includes all front-loading washing machines with capacities of 12kg to 13kg, top-loading models at 12kg, and other standout units. These machines are highly regarded for their ability to handle large laundry loads, including thick blankets, in a single cycle, saving users significant time and effort.
Additionally, increasingly accessible pricing, practical features tailored to Vietnamese households, and attractive promotional policies in September further boosted sales, propelling the brand’s overall performance.

Toshiba washing machines feature advanced technologies such as nano bubble foam for deep cleaning and Origin Inverter for durable, energy-efficient operation.
Among the growth highlights, the Toshiba Inverter 12kg AW-DUK1300KV (MK) top-loading model stood out as the most popular choice at Dien May Xanh in September. This single model recorded over 6,000 units sold, contributing more than 40 billion VND in revenue. On average, one out of every three Toshiba washing machines sold at Dien May Xanh was an AW-DUK1300KV (MK).
Despite the growing preference for front-loading machines, the AW-DUK1300KV (MK) has carved out its niche by balancing user-friendly design, efficient performance, and affordability. Notably, its drum is significantly larger than those of similarly sized models, optimizing space while reducing the need for multiple washes, thereby saving time, water, and electricity.
More importantly, the AW-DUK1300KV (MK) incorporates cutting-edge washing technologies. The standout feature is the UFB nano bubble foam, which generates billions of tiny nano bubbles that penetrate fabric fibers. This enhances detergent activation, effectively removing stubborn stains while preserving color and fabric longevity.
The model also includes GreatWaves technology, which uses powerful water currents to improve cleaning efficiency and reduce wash times. Tests show that GreatWaves cleans clothes more thoroughly and saves over 20% of the time compared to standard washing modes—a significant advantage for busy households.

The AW-DUK1300KV (MK) includes convenient features such as a child lock, automatic drum cleaning, and a soft-close lid to prevent accidents.
Meanwhile, the Toshiba Inverter 12kg TW-T21BU130UWV(MG) front-loading model has also made a positive impact. Like its top-loading counterpart, it features Toshiba’s signature UFB nano bubble foam technology. Additionally, it boasts unique features such as Aroma+ for long-lasting fragrance, Great Steam for hot steam sterilization, and Color Alive to prevent color fading.
The TW-T21BU130UWV(MG) features a dual-layer door, combining durable ABS plastic and tempered glass for enhanced durability. It also includes a low water level valve, ensuring stable operation even in areas with low water pressure. The machine allows users to add laundry mid-cycle, addressing a common concern with front-loading washers.

Users can control the TW-T21BU130UWV(MG) remotely via the TSmartLife app, allowing them to monitor and adjust settings from anywhere.
With its current strong growth trajectory, Toshiba is poised to maintain its leadership in the washing machine market while setting new standards for household appliances in Vietnam.
