Strategically located in the “Royal Land” of Cổ Bi, the new administrative hub of Gia Lâm, Green Little Town enjoys seamless infrastructure and regional connectivity. The project is directly linked to major transportation routes, including National Highway 5A, 5B, 1A, and the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, ensuring easy access to Hanoi’s city center and neighboring provinces. Residents can reach Thanh Trì Bridge, Phù Đổng Bridge, and the future Trần Hưng Đạo Bridge in minutes, expanding connectivity to urban areas. Notably, Green Little Town is near the planned Cổ Bi Station, a junction for metro lines 1 and 8, promising unparalleled strategic transportation value. This will foster a smart, interconnected urban ecosystem. Additionally, the ongoing Ring Road 3.5, connecting Thăng Long Avenue and extended National Highway 32 through Đông Anh and Gia Lâm, will drive new development momentum, boosting the project’s investment potential.

With upcoming developments like the housing area for Ministry of Public Security officers and Ecopark’s social housing, Gia Lâm’s administrative center is evolving into a modern, integrated urban cluster, attracting investors with its dynamic new identity.

Under the motto “Serene Living – Prosperous Wealth,” Green Little Town is envisioned as a green commercial urban area, blending nature with luxurious Neo-Classical architecture and comprehensive amenities. The project features a central park and outdoor playground for tranquil living, an on-site kindergarten nurturing future generations, a commercial street and service center catering to residents’ needs, and meditation zones, yoga spaces, a swimming pool, and children’s play areas. Together, these elements create a healthy, peaceful, and community-focused lifestyle.

With complete legal approval, long-term land ownership, and a synchronized scale of townhouses, shophouses, and commercial villas, Green Little Town is set for handover from December 2025. It promises to be a new highlight in Hanoi’s Eastern real estate, attracting a sophisticated, modern, and prosperous community.
