On October 9, 2025, the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) ceremony took place in Ho Chi Minh City. Organized by Enterprise Asia, a leading non-governmental organization in Asia, the event honored outstanding businesses and entrepreneurs in Vietnam for their remarkable business achievements and efforts in promoting sustainable transformation.

For the sixth consecutive year, MB was recognized in the “Corporate Excellence Award” category in 2025. This accolade highlights MB’s consistent achievement of business goals, stable growth, and unwavering commitment to fostering innovation and creativity within its workforce, ultimately delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Under the theme “Showcasing Future-Ready Enterprises,” this year’s awards celebrated organizations and leaders who proactively adapt to the future amidst rapid technological advancements and global economic fluctuations.

Dr. Fong Chan Onn, Chairman of Enterprise Asia, emphasized in his opening speech: “Successful enterprises in the new era are those that challenge norms, prioritize sustainable development, and create value beyond profits. Tonight’s honorees embody the vision and resilience that will shape Vietnam’s economic future.”

MB currently serves 33 million individual and corporate customers, with 98.6% of transactions conducted digitally—a rate comparable to leading Asian banks. In its 2022-2026 strategy, MB views digital transformation not just as a goal but as a key tool to deliver exceptional value, attract customers through outstanding experiences, and build a deeply connected ecosystem.
