Frasers Property Vietnam, a leading diversified real estate developer in the country, has partnered with SPX Express (SPX), a top logistics provider in Southeast Asia, Taiwan (China), and Brazil. Together, they’ve commenced construction on SPX’s state-of-the-art automated sorting center at Industrial Center Yen My in Hung Yen province, northern Vietnam.
This facility, SPX’s largest automated sorting center in Southeast Asia, is a groundbreaking 170,000 sq m two-story cross-dock logistics hub—Vietnam’s first of its kind. Designed by Frasers Property, it features 158 docks connected to over 700 sorting destinations. Its innovative dual-level design ensures independent traffic flows, enabling efficient simultaneous operations and reduced processing times.
“We’re thrilled to partner once again with SPX Express on this landmark project,” said Mr. Edwin Tan, Deputy CEO of Frasers Property Vietnam and Managing Director, Industrial & Logistics (Southeast Asia). “Our proven track record in Vietnam has helped numerous multinationals establish and sustainably grow their manufacturing and supply chain operations in the region.”
He added, “This built-to-suit project underscores Frasers Property Vietnam’s commitment to delivering unparalleled solutions for our clients, helping them scale efficiently and seize new opportunities within Southeast Asia.”

Scheduled for completion in Q4 2026, with operations starting in 2027, the center will process up to 7 million parcels daily, solidifying its position as SPX’s largest automated sorting hub in Southeast Asia. Combined with SPX’s extensive network of 34 branches and 20 advanced sorting centers across Vietnam, this facility reinforces the company’s dedication to innovation, ensuring faster, more reliable, and sustainable delivery services throughout the region.
The groundbreaking follows a strategic partnership signed earlier this year, highlighting both companies’ shared vision for modern, sustainable logistics infrastructure in Vietnam.
The Hung Yen facility marks a pivotal moment in SPX’s growth strategy in Vietnam. “It demonstrates our commitment to building a faster, smarter, and more resilient logistics network that meets the evolving demands of consumers and businesses nationwide,” said Ms. Quyen Tran, Director of SPX Express Vietnam. “Made possible through close collaboration with Frasers Property and government support, this center reflects our dedication to fostering a more connected and sustainable digital economy in Vietnam.”
This project builds on the success of Frasers Property and SPX’s 106,000 sq m logistics facility in Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, further strengthening their long-term partnership and commitment to expanding Vietnam’s logistics network across key economic regions.
