Located in Cam Binh Commune, the Nam Cau Phu Urban, Commercial, Service, and Riverside Villa Area sits on National Highway 1A, directly connecting to the North-South Expressway, the coastal road, and Vung Ang Deep-Sea Port. This strategic location establishes it as a vital commercial hub in the North Central Region.

Inspired by Christopher Columbus’s global explorations, the Nam Cau Phu Urban Area embodies the theme “Melody Riverside – A riverside festival where colors converge,” reflecting vibrant, prosperous lands and the spirit of freedom, integration, and ambition of Central Vietnam’s people. This project will be the first model eco-urban area in southern Ha Tinh, blending global sophistication with local cultural identity.
The project’s architectural highlight is a stylized lighthouse—a symbol of light, prosperity, and aspiration—connected to a cultural festival axis across all sub-zones. Beyond its architectural significance, it represents Ha Tinh’s integration, development, and prosperity.
Mr. Tran Bau Ha, Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee, emphasized the project’s importance in creating a modern, synchronized urban area that meets housing, social service, and employment needs, enhancing residents’ quality of life and contributing to the province’s sustainable urban development goals.
