Top 40 Private Enterprises Representing 40 Years of National Renewal

The program is part of the communication initiative “Private Economy in the Era of National Aspiration,” organized by the Vietnam Real Estate E-Magazine (Reatimes) in collaboration with the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute, under the guidance of the Vietnam Real Estate Association.

The award ceremony took place on October 8, 2025, in Hanoi, within the framework of the seminar “Building and Leveraging the Strength of National Enterprises for a Prosperous Vietnam.”

The list of 40 outstanding private enterprises was selected by a council comprising National Assembly delegates, members of the Prime Minister’s Policy Advisory Council, leading experts, leaders of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, and heads of media organizations. With a spirit of independence, objectivity, fairness, and responsibility, the council worked diligently, based on a comprehensive evaluation system covering scale, competitiveness, innovation, social responsibility, and contributions to sustainable national development.

A Multidisciplinary Group with a Sustainable Development Vision

Over 46 years of establishment and growth, TTC has built a green and sustainable economic ecosystem. Under the leadership of its founders, entrepreneurs Đặng Văn Thành and Huỳnh Bích Ngọc, TTC has continuously strengthened its development foundation, enhanced management capabilities, and affirmed its brand position.

TTC was one of 21 enterprises, representing nearly 1 million private enterprises nationwide, honored to introduce its products and services to General Secretary Tô Lâm and other Party and State leaders at the National Conference implementing Resolutions 66 and 68 of the Politburo.

Being selected as one of the top 40 private enterprises representing 40 years of national renewal is not only a recognition of TTC’s nearly half-century journey but also a testament to its spirit of innovation, creativity, and community responsibility. This achievement inspires and fosters confidence, enabling TTC and private enterprises at large, along with other economic sectors, to move forward confidently in the era of global integration.

Established on July 28, 1979, TTC is a multidisciplinary investment group operating in six key sectors: (1) Agriculture (HOSE: SBT), (2) Energy (HOSE: GEG), (3) Real Estate (HOSE: SCR), (4) Industrial Real Estate, (5) Tourism (HOSE: VNG), (6) Education, and other fields such as trade, logistics, construction, steel structures, and healthcare.
