Fifty-one insurance companies (32 non-life and 19 life insurers) have submitted reports to the Insurance Supervision and Management Department.
Among these, seven human casualty claims were recorded, totaling approximately VND 745 million in insurance payouts. Non-life insurance claims for property damage and other services reached 3,746 cases, with compensation amounting to nearly VND 1.67 trillion.
The majority of losses were concentrated in the non-life insurance sector, particularly in technical property insurance, with over 1,081 cases and damages nearing VND 1.593 trillion. Additionally, motor vehicle insurance recorded 2,653 cases, resulting in damages exceeding VND 76 billion. Other sectors, such as ship hull and agricultural insurance, reported 12 cases with damages surpassing VND 4.7 billion.

In the life insurance segment, companies reported five cases of death and injury, with an estimated payout of VND 480 million.
According to the Insurance Supervision and Management Department, insurers are continuously updating loss data, coordinating inspections, and processing compensation to support customers in their recovery efforts.
