90s Leader of CMS Seeks Full Capital Withdrawal
Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tú, a Board Member of CMH Vietnam Group (HNX: CMS), has registered to sell his entire holding of 3 million shares in the company. The transaction is expected to take place between October 10 and November 7, via either agreement or order matching.
According to Mr. Tú, the complete withdrawal of his 11.8% stake in the company is to meet personal financial needs.
As of October 10, the CMS share price stands at 8,300 VND per share, meaning Mr. Tú would need approximately 25 billion VND to complete the transaction.
Ladophar Chairman Registers Sale of Over 1 Million Shares After Failed Attempt
Following the unsuccessful sale of shares in his first divestment attempt in September, Mr. Phạm Trung Kiên, Chairman of Ladophar (HNX: LDP), has registered for a second sale of over 1.08 million LDP shares, equivalent to 8.1% of the company’s charter capital. The transaction is scheduled to take place from October 9 to November 5.
If successful, Mr. Kiên’s ownership will decrease from 8.8% (1.2 million shares) to 0.7% (approximately 88,000 shares), ceasing his status as a major shareholder. Based on the closing price of 11,900 VND per share on October 8, the Chairman could earn around 13 billion VND.
TT6 Board Member Registers Full Capital Withdrawal
Mr. Phan Duy Bình, a Board Member of Tiến Thịnh Group (UPCoM: TT6), has registered to sell his entire holding of 1 million TT6 shares, representing 4.87% of the company’s charter capital, to meet personal financial needs. The transaction is expected to occur from October 10 to November 7, 2025.
At the October 9 closing price of 6,500 VND per share, the transaction is estimated to yield approximately 6.5 billion VND for Mr. Bình.
VNPT to Auction Entire 2 Million Shares of TTN at a Premium
Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) has announced plans to auction its entire 2 million shares in Vietnam Technology and Communication JSC (VNTT, UPCoM: TTN), equivalent to 5.43% of the company’s charter capital. Following the transaction, VNPT will no longer hold any shares in VNTT.
The starting price is set at 28,492 VND per share, with the total value of the lot nearing 57 billion VND. Investors can register and deposit from October 8 to 27, with the auction scheduled for 9:30 AM on November 3 at Saigon – Hanoi Securities JSC (SHS), which is also the transaction advisor.
This divestment is part of the Restructuring Plan for Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group until 2025, approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 620/QĐ-TTg dated July 10, 2024.
STH Chairwoman Successfully Acquires Nearly 2 Million Shares
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Vinh, Chairwoman of Thái Nguyên Book Publishing JSC (UPCoM: STH), has successfully purchased nearly 2 million shares out of the 3.5 million STH shares she registered for. The transactions were executed from September 3 to October 2, making her a major shareholder with over 10% ownership, up from zero previously.
The reason for not completing the full registered amount is attributed to unfavorable market conditions.
The average transaction price during this period was around 20,000 VND per share, with Ms. Vinh estimated to have spent over 39 billion VND.
