Dragon Capital Securities Corporation (VDSC, Stock Code: VDS, HoSE) has recently published an official announcement regarding the principal and interest payment status of its bonds to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
On October 9, 2025, Dragon Capital Securities successfully settled a bond tranche with the code VDSH2425004, paying out VND 900 billion in principal and nearly VND 6.1 billion in interest, thereby fully redeeming the bond as scheduled.
This bond tranche, with a total issuance value of VND 900 billion, was initially issued by Dragon Capital Securities on October 9, 2024, and completed on November 6, 2024. With a one-year term, the bond matured on October 9, 2025.

In contrast, Dragon Capital Securities recently announced a resolution to approve the issuance of its fourth bond tranche in 2025.
The company plans to issue 10,000 bonds under the code VDS12504, with a face value of VND 100 million per bond, totaling VND 1,000 billion.
The bonds are scheduled for issuance on October 7, 2025, with a one-year term. These are non-convertible, unsecured bonds without warrants.
The bonds will be privately placed through an agent, offering a fixed interest rate of 8% per annum. The proceeds from this issuance, totaling VND 1,000 billion, will be used to restructure the issuer’s debt.
According to data from the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Dragon Capital Securities has issued three private bond tranches since the beginning of the year.
These include the VDS12503 tranche worth VND 800 billion, issued on July 22, 2025, with a one-year term; the VDS12502 tranche worth VND 659.1 billion, issued on May 13, 2025, and completed on June 10, 2025, with an issuance interest rate of 8.0% per annum and a one-year term;
and the VDS12501 tranche worth VND 500 billion, issued on March 4, 2025, and completed on March 18, 2025, with a one-year term and a fixed interest rate of 8.2% per annum.
In other news, Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung, a Board Member of Dragon Capital Securities, failed to sell 430,000 VDS shares as registered during the trading period from September 11, 2025, to October 10, 2025. The transaction was not completed due to unfavorable market conditions.
Following the unsuccessful transaction, Mr. Trung retains ownership of 768,150 shares, representing a 0.28% stake in Dragon Capital Securities.
