Coolmate, a men’s fashion brand owned by Fastech Asia LLC, is a pioneering e-commerce startup in the fashion industry. Launched in 2019, the brand gained significant attention in 2021 after appearing on Season 4 of Shark Tank Vietnam, securing a $500,000 investment from “Shark Bình” for a 12.5% stake, including 2.5% in advisory shares.

Fastech Asia LLC, originally established as Fastech Asia JSC in February 2019 with a charter capital of 2 billion VND, has a diverse ownership structure. Ô Màu Xanh JSC contributed 100 million VND (5% stake); Nguyễn Hoài Xuân Lan and Nguyễn Xuân Hùng each invested 200 million VND (10% stake each); Nguyễn Văn Hiệp contributed 300 million VND (15% stake); Nguyễn Xuân Đông invested 400 million VND (20% stake); and Phạm Chí Nhu holds the majority with 800 million VND (40% stake).

Ô Màu Xanh JSC, initially founded as Macks Vietnam LLC in October 2017 with a charter capital of 100 million VND, is owned by Phạm Chí Nhu. The company specializes in retailing apparel, footwear, and leather goods. In September 2018, it was renamed Ô Màu Xanh JSC and increased its capital to 1 billion VND. Phạm Chí Nhu holds 65%, Nguyễn Hoài Xuân Lan 5%, and Nguyễn Xuân Đông 30%.

In December 2024, the company transitioned to Ô Màu Xanh LLC, with Nguyễn Thị Phượng (born 1985) as the owner and director.

In April 2021, Fastech Asia transitioned from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company. By September 2021, its charter capital increased from 2 billion VND to 10 billion VND, then to 20 billion VND in July 2022, and reached 70 billion VND by October 2022. By January 2023, the capital exceeded 123 billion VND, with 100% foreign ownership.

In October 2024, Coolmate successfully raised $6 million in Series B funding, led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India, with participation from Kairous Capital. Following this, in November 2024, Fastech Asia increased its charter capital to over 248 billion VND, maintaining 100% foreign ownership. Phạm Chí Nhu (born 1991) serves as the director, legal representative, and holds 100% of the authorized capital.
