On October 16, the People’s Committee of Vung Tau Ward (Ho Chi Minh City) held a community consultation meeting for the Tung My – Vung Tau Commercial Complex, Financial Conference Center, and Tourist Apartment project. The project is located at 2 Le Hong Phong Street, Vung Tau Ward, near the Vung Tau Martyrs Monument roundabout, on a 6,789 m² plot of land.

Master plan of the project site
According to the adjusted planning, the land is designated as mixed-use service and tourism, with a maximum construction density of 40%, a floor area ratio of 18, and a maximum height of 50 floors (approximately 199 meters). This will be a landmark architectural and tourism project in Vung Tau’s city center.
The project is expected to provide 1,925 hotel rooms and tourist apartments, including 250 hotel rooms and 1,675 resort apartments, accommodating approximately 3,500 guests. The remaining area will include commercial spaces, utility services, a conference center, and internal green and traffic zones.

Mr. Nguyen Van Niem, Director of Tung My Vung Tau Trading Company Limited, stated that the 5-star Tung My – Vung Tau Hotel Complex aims to create a modern architectural highlight, elevate the urban space, and boost tourism and services in the city center.
