REE Corporation (Stock Code: REE, HoSE) has announced a Board of Directors resolution approving the establishment of two subsidiaries to execute its projects.
The first subsidiary, REE Duyen Hai 2 Wind Power LLC, has an initial charter capital of VND 30 billion, with a projected total charter capital of VND 677 billion.
REE established this company to undertake the V1-3 Wind Power Plant Phase 2 project, with a total investment of VND 2,257 billion. This includes VND 677 billion in equity and VND 1,159 billion in loans.
The second subsidiary, REE Duyen Hai 3 Wind Power LLC, has an initial charter capital of VND 50 billion, with a projected total charter capital of VND 1,159 billion.

This company will execute the V1-5 and V1-6 Wind Power Plant Phase 2 project, with a total investment of VND 3,864 billion, comprising VND 1,159 billion in equity and VND 2,705 billion in loans.
Both subsidiaries will be located at the Management Office of Wind Power Plant No. 3, V1-3, Nha Mat Hamlet, Truong Long Hoa Ward, Vinh Long Province.
REE will contribute capital to these companies in cash, owning 100% of the charter capital. The capital contribution is expected to be completed in Q4/2025.
In other news, REE recently reported the trading results of insiders and related parties from September 8, 2025, to October 7, 2025.
During this period, foreign shareholder Platinum Victory successfully purchased only 91,000 REE shares out of the registered 18.2 million shares due to unfavorable market conditions.
Following this transaction, Platinum Victory increased its REE holdings from nearly 225.5 million shares to approximately 225.6 million shares, raising its ownership from 41.63% to 41.64%.
Subsequently, Platinum Victory registered to purchase an additional 18.1 million REE shares. The transaction is expected to occur via agreement or order matching from October 13, 2025, to November 11, 2025.
If successful, Platinum Victory’s REE holdings will rise to nearly 243.7 million shares, increasing its ownership to 44.99%.
