Growth Through Understanding and Empathy with Customers
Gen Z in Vietnam—over 14.7 million individuals, comprising approximately 30% of consumers—is increasingly focused on sleep quality and living spaces. Despite 37% of young Vietnamese experiencing sleep issues, according to Philips and Wakefield Research (2022), they view their bedrooms as a reflection of personal style and inspiration.

In 2025, Vua Nệm also launched Goodnight, positioning it as a pioneering Vietnamese bedding brand in technology and design for the youth. The brand saw significant growth, with products like Goodnight Airsilk accounting for 50% of e-commerce revenue.
By staying ahead of trends, Vua Nệm has seen Gen Z customers contribute to 45% of its revenue, surpassing the 34% from middle-aged customers. This marks a significant shift in its customer base restructuring.
