The BK-24 platform is the second field development project completed and brought online by Vietsovpetro in 2025, following the KNT-KTN project. The increased crude oil production from BK-24 will play a pivotal role in ensuring Vietsovpetro not only meets but exceeds its 2025 production targets, solidifying Petrovietnam’s leadership in the energy sector.
Furthermore, the initial oil flow from BK-24 significantly contributes to Vietnam’s national budget and strengthens the country’s energy security.
