Zontes 368G: The Ultimate Adventure Scooter
Recently, dealerships announced the arrival of the newly launched Zontes 368G adventure scooter, alongside the Zontes 703F big-displacement motorcycle.
Debuting in Vietnam in late August, the Zontes 368G is a fully imported Chinese model, competing in the large-displacement touring scooter segment against the likes of the Honda ADV350 and Yamaha Xmax 300, both released this year.
Powerful Performance, Efficient Fuel Economy
The Zontes 368G packs a 368cc engine delivering 38.22 hp at 7,500 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. Its power output surpasses segment rivals, thanks to its larger displacement.
Despite its power, fuel efficiency is impressive at 3.5L/100km. While slightly thirstier than the Yamaha Xmax 300, it outperforms the Honda ADV350 in this regard.
| Model | Engine | Power | Fuel Consumption |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zontes 368G | 368cc Single-Cylinder | 38.22 hp / 40 Nm | 3.5L/100km |
| Yamaha Xmax 300 | 292cc Single-Cylinder | 27.63 hp / 29 Nm | 3.01L/100km |
| Honda ADV350 | 329.6cc Single-Cylinder | 28.83 hp / 31.8 Nm | 3.68L/100km |

The Zontes 368G stands out with its premium amenities. It features a phone charging port in the glove compartment, heated grips, and a front-rear dashcam system integrated with an 8-inch display.
Additional comforts include a large windscreen, upright riding posture, and a spacious 52-liter under-seat storage compartment—larger than the Honda Lead’s 37-liter capacity.
Safety is enhanced with dual-channel ABS, traction control, tire pressure monitoring, smart key, and 4G/GPS/Bluetooth connectivity.
Competitive Pricing, Consideration Required
Priced at approximately 138 million VND, the Zontes 368G undercuts rivals like the Yamaha Xmax 300 (140 million VND) and Honda ADV350 (165.9 million VND). However, brand reputation, after-sales service, and parts availability should be carefully weighed by consumers.
With the Zontes 368G officially on sale, newly arrived units only require customs clearance before delivery to dealerships, bypassing initial registration and testing procedures.
