Prime Land Transfers in Da Nang: 13 Projects Empower Residents to Build Their Own Homes

The Da Nang Department of Construction has announced the results of its inspection regarding land with existing technical infrastructure within real estate projects. This inspection specifically pertains to land where the land use rights have been transferred to individuals for the purpose of self-building residential properties.

The Da Nang Department of Construction has announced that, effective August 1, 2024, the 2023 Real Estate Business Law will come into force. This law mandates that before transferring land use rights with technical infrastructure in a real estate project, developers must submit a written notice to the Department of Construction confirming that the land meets the conditions for transfer.

To date, the Da Nang Department of Construction has received and issued confirmation notices for 13 projects that meet the criteria for land transfer. These projects allow individuals to purchase land for self-built housing in areas with existing technical infrastructure.

Among the approved projects are the Bac Hoi An Commercial and Service Urban Area in Dien Ban Dong Ward, developed by Bac Hoi An Urban Development Co., Ltd., with 355 lots; and the Thanh Ha Urban Area, Phase 1, in Hoi An Tay Ward, by Royal Capital Group JSC, with 315 lots.

The high-end eco-urban areas of Vinh An Hoa 1 and Vinh An Hoa 2 in Nui Thanh District, developed by FVGLAND Investment and Development JSC, offer 62 and 219 lots, respectively.

Dat Quang – Quang Nam Urban Development Investment JSC has two eligible projects: the expanded Ngoc Duong Riverside Urban Area in Dien Ban Dong Ward with 140 lots, and the Dien Nam Bac Market Town in the same ward with 28 lots.

Additional projects include the An Phu Residential Area in Quang Phu Ward by Quang Nam Infrastructure Development Investment JSC with 200 lots, and the Tam Quang Residential Area (Phase 4) in Nui Thanh District by Van Kim Real Estate Trading Co., Ltd. with 80 lots.

The Chien Dan Market Town in Chien Dan District by Newland Quang Nam Real Estate JSC offers 239 lots, while the Cau Hung – Lai Nghi Residential and Service Area (Phase 1) in Dien Ban Dong Ward by Saigon Agriculture Investment JSC – Thanh Dat provides 230 lots.

Other approved projects are the Tan An Town Center Residential Area in Hiep Duc District by Quang Nam Real Estate Development Investment JSC with 126 lots, the Dong Phu Market Town in Que Son District by the joint venture of Construction and Trade 591 JSC and An Thinh JSC with 262 lots, and the Phong Nhi Residential Area in An Thang Ward by QHB Construction and Trading Service Investment JSC with 211 lots.
