Since its merger into Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau’s real estate has seen positive changes. Interest in apartments here has surged by 38% compared to last year. Numerous projects have been launched, with the largest being Blanca City, spanning nearly 100 hectares and boasting a total investment of 37 trillion VND, located on 3rd of February Street.

With land along Thuy Van Street becoming scarce, 3rd of February Street is emerging as Vung Tau’s new focal point. The street has been widened to six lanes, with upgraded sidewalks, lighting, and greenery.

“Blanca” in Latin means “white,” hence Blanca City is designed with a dominant white color scheme. The high-rise towers draw inspiration from lighthouses and billowing sails.

The low-rise district is designed in the Iberian style, blending Spanish and Portuguese influences. Notably, it features 200 townhouse and villa designs, approximately ten times more than other projects, promising a diverse neighborhood where each home has its unique character.

Just four months after its launch, the outline of a coastal urban area is taking shape. Internal roads are being paved, and technical infrastructure, drainage systems, and underground electricity are being installed. Next year, the developer plans to complete roads, sidewalks, and greenery for Phase One operations.

Currently, nearly 3,000 workers are on-site, working in shifts from morning to night. Contractors are focusing on foundation and structural work, aiming to complete the rough construction of many components in 2025.

Sun Property’s engineers and managers are on-site, coordinating with contractors to ensure construction quality. Technical infrastructure, land leveling, and utility areas are being accelerated to maintain project synchronization.

Specialized teams handle specific tasks: installing drainage systems, reinforcing foundations, finishing walls, and painting. The bustling work atmosphere reflects the determination to meet deadlines.

Sun World Vung Tau Water Park, a key entertainment feature of Blanca City, is under accelerated construction and is set to open in February next year. It will be the largest water park in the South, adding a new entertainment option to Vung Tau.

Spanning 15 hectares, Sun World Vung Tau Water Park features over 20 modern attractions. Highlights include the world’s first 10-lane water slide race, a 348-meter water coaster, and a massive 6,000 m² dual wave pool.

The 18 villas and shophouses along Hang Dieu Street are nearly complete externally. Their prime location near the main entrance, adjacent to the water park, has attracted individual investors, anticipating high visitor traffic upon operation.

Shophouses and villas in Districts 1, 3, and 7 are under active construction, with roofing expected by January next year. Located along the main axis leading to Sun World, these homes offer dual potential for both living and tourism rental.

In Phase One, after launching high-rise (Blanca District) in June and low-rise (Casa District) in August, Blanca City recorded an 80% sales rate. Currently, two Blanca towers (6 and 7) with 1,164 apartments managed by an international brand are on sale.

A broker reports vibrant sales activity. Sea-view apartment prices range from 90 to 110 million VND/m², while villa prices range from 140 to 150 million VND/m².

Blanca City is planned as a model “all-in-one” coastal urban area, integrating living, resort, and entertainment. Upon completion, it will be one of the largest coastal urban projects in the Southern region.
