Dividend Ex-Rights Schedule October 20–24: Highest Cash Dividend at 33,000 VND per Share

According to recent statistics, 17 companies announced dividend payout schedules for the week of October 20–24. Among these, 14 companies will distribute cash dividends, with the highest rate at 330% and the lowest at 3.9%. Additionally, one company will issue stock dividends, one will conduct a share issuance, and one will grant bonus shares during this period.

Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center JSC (VEFAC, ticker VEF – UPCoM) announced a record-high cash dividend payout of 330%, equivalent to VND 33,000 per share, scheduled for October 23.

With over 166.6 million outstanding shares, VEFAC will allocate nearly VND 5.5 trillion for this interim dividend payment. Vingroup (VIC), the parent company holding 83.32% of VEFAC’s capital, is expected to receive approximately VND 4.58 trillion from this distribution.

Previously, in July 2025, VEFAC completed two cash dividend payments totaling 435% (VND 43,500 per share), including a 135% dividend for 2024 and a 300% interim dividend for Q1/2025. The total dividend payout amounted to roughly VND 7.2 trillion.

Nam Viet Corporation (ticker ANV-HOSE) announced a shareholder list closure for the 2024 dividend payment and a 2025 interim dividend, totaling 10% (VND 1,000 per share). The record date is October 24, with payment scheduled for November 10.

With over 266.2 million outstanding shares, ANV is expected to allocate VND 266.2 billion for this dividend payout, sourced from undistributed after-tax profits as of June 30, 2025.

Key beneficiaries include Vice Chairman and CEO Doan Toi, who holds 54.98% of ANV’s capital and will receive over VND 146 billion, and his son, Doan Chi Thanh, with an 11.07% stake, receiving over VND 29 billion.

On October 22, Gia Lai Hydropower JSC (ticker GHC) will finalize the shareholder list for its first 2025 interim cash dividend, offering a 20% payout (VND 2,000 per share). Payment is scheduled for October 30, 2025.

With over 47 million outstanding shares, Gia Lai Hydropower will allocate more than VND 95 billion for this dividend. Its parent company, Dien Gia Lai JSC (HoSE: GEG), holding 62.53% (29.8 million shares), will receive nearly VND 60 billion.
