Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company Announces Interim Dividend Payment

Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: GHC) has announced October 22, 2025, as the final registration date for the first interim cash dividend payment of 2025.

The dividend will be paid at a rate of 20%, equivalent to VND 2,000 per share, with payments commencing on October 30, 2025.

With over 47.6 million outstanding shares, Gia Lai Hydropower is expected to disburse approximately VND 95.3 billion for this interim dividend payment to shareholders.

The largest beneficiary is Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GEG), the parent company holding 62.53% of GHC’s capital, which will receive over VND 59 billion.

According to the plan, GHC’s 2025 dividend is expected to range between 15% and 25%. With an interim payment of 20%, the company may execute an additional payment to reach the maximum target of 25%. In 2024, GHC paid a dividend of 20%, lower than the 25% rate in 2023.

In the first half of 2025, Gia Lai Hydropower achieved over VND 144 billion in revenue, a 3.2% increase compared to the same period last year. After-tax profit rose by 31.7%, reaching over VND 84 billion.

Financial Performance Highlights of Gia Lai Hydropower

As of June 30, 2025, Gia Lai Hydropower holds VND 230 billion in accumulated undistributed after-tax profits.

On the stock market, GHC shares closed the session on October 17 at a historic high of VND 31,800 per share, with a market capitalization exceeding VND 1,500 billion.
