Celebrating 25 years in India, Skoda Auto India has unveiled the all-new Octavia RS. Priced at 4,999 million INR (approximately 1.5 billion VND), this model sold out entirely within 20 minutes of pre-orders opening. The first deliveries are scheduled to begin on November 6th.

The Skoda Octavia RS first debuted in India in 2004. It features a 2.0L TSI turbocharged petrol engine delivering 261 hp and 370 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds and has an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
Its striking design includes LED Matrix headlights, LED taillights, and 19-inch Elias anthracite alloy wheels. The interior boasts sport seats with massage and memory functions, ambient lighting, and a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, complemented by an 11-speaker Canton sound system delivering 675W of power.
In Vietnam, Skoda confirms only one Octavia RS exists. This unique vehicle is owned by someone in the Central Highlands region and was featured in the “From Independence to Unity” journey held in late August.
