
Vietnam Exhibition Center – The Venue for the Autumn Fair 2025
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, on the afternoon of October 19th, at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, Head of the Autumn Fair 2025 Steering Committee, and Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, inspected the fair’s construction progress.
As reported by Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), by October 19th, the overall design, exhibition zones, logo, and branding system of the fair had been finalized by Vingroup/VEC in collaboration with consultants and approved by the Steering Committee.
To date, businesses and organizations have fully booked the entire exhibition space, including nearly 80 booths from international companies, primarily showcasing machinery, equipment, and raw materials for production.
Regarding participation, 100% of the exhibition space has been registered, with approximately 80 booths from foreign enterprises, mainly in the fields of machinery, equipment, and production materials.
The Organizing Committee has recorded and approved registrations from 2,500 companies worldwide, mostly Vietnamese and about 100 international firms from Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, China, and ASEAN countries. The fair features 3,000 booths and over 10,000 products for display and trade.
Exhibits range from heavy and light industries, agriculture, science and technology, consumer goods, to trade services.
Construction and setup began on October 17th and are expected to be completed by October 22nd, ready for exhibitors and the final rehearsal on October 24th.

Alongside construction, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has tasked affiliated units with organizing 10 specialized seminars, online export forums with Alibaba and Amazon, and international B2B networking programs led by Vietnamese Trade Offices abroad. So far, 25 international business delegations have registered to attend the fair.
“Trade Offices worldwide are actively inviting buying delegations to Vietnam for the fair. Currently, 25 international business delegations have registered to participate,” said Mr. Phu.
For the outdoor food area, Vingroup/VEC has added separate water supply and drainage systems for each kitchen unit, as directed by the Steering Committee.
However, some localities have not yet completed their registrations. During the inspection, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien directly called provincial leaders to expedite the process; all secretaries and chairpersons pledged to take action starting October 20th.
Beyond exhibitions, the Autumn Fair 2025 includes business networking events, industry conferences, fashion shows, concerts, and culinary showcases from 34 provinces and cities. Vietnamese Trade Offices abroad have promoted the event, attracting around 200 international buyers.

The Autumn Fair 2025 will take place from October 25th to November 4th, 2025, at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC). According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the fair is dubbed the “6-most super fair,” featuring:

– Most Diverse Product Range: Tens of thousands of products from industry, agriculture, logistics, tourism, to digital technology.

– Most Attractive Activities: Over 30 specialized events, trade promotion conferences, business talk shows, cultural performances, sports, and culinary arts.
