Recently, Teatime LLC and its partner, PT Tiga Waktu Rasa, officially signed an exclusive franchise agreement to bring the 24/7 coffee chain Three O’Clock to Jakarta, Indonesia.

This marks the third international exclusive franchise agreement signed by Teatime since the beginning of 2025.

According to the plan, the first Three O’Clock branch in Indonesia will open in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, in early December 2025, operating under the same 24/7 model.

Under the agreement, PT Tiga Waktu Rasa will be responsible for developing the store network, operating the branches, implementing marketing activities, and managing the supply chain in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Three O’Clock will support brand-related activities and provide training for PT Tiga Waktu Rasa’s team during the launch of the initial stores.

Three O’Clock – the familiar 24/7 coffee, tea, and pastry chain in Ho Chi Minh City.

Earlier, in January, Teatime signed an agreement with FranGlobal to grant exclusive franchise rights for the Three O’Clock coffee chain in the Indian subcontinent, covering four countries: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, with a commitment to develop at least 100 branches within five years.

Subsequently, in mid-May, Teatime entered into an agreement with Al Madini Group Of Companies LLC to bring the Vietnamese coffee chain to six countries in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. The partner pledged to open at least 50 franchise branches per brand within the first five years.

Thus, if all goes well, this Vietnamese coffee chain brand will have over 100 stores across approximately a dozen countries through franchising.

When it comes to late-night coffee shops, many immediately think of Three O’Clock – the 24/7 coffee, tea, and pastry chain that’s always bustling in Ho Chi Minh City. The first store opened in 2016. The brand’s name and logo are inspired by the familiar British tea culture phrase: “At half past three, everything stops for tea.”
