VNeID is a mobile electronic identification application developed by the National Population Database Center (Ministry of Public Security). The app officially launched on July 18, 2022.

According to Thanh Nien newspaper, as of September 2025, VNeID offers 48 utilities related to documents, administrative procedures, social welfare, health records, and other services, with over 64 million activated accounts.
